Couples sessions are designed to explore the relational field between two people not just individual perspectives. This work involves holding multiple emotional systems at once, translating dynamics in real time, and bringing clarity to patterns that may be difficult to see from inside the relationship.

  • This session offers focused insight into the emotional, energetic, and relational dynamics you activate in each other.

    Together, we’ll look at:

    • Core patterns shaping the relationship

    • Areas of alignment and tension

    • What is being asked of each partner right now

    • How to move forward with greater clarity and integrity

    This option is ideal for couples seeking understanding, recalibration, or clarity around next steps within each person and also together. 

    75 minutes | $333

  • This package supports both the relationship and the individual processing that often follows relational insight.

    Includes:

    • One joint couples session

    • One individual 1-hour follow-up session (for either partner)

    This option is recommended for couples who want space to integrate insights more deeply or explore how relationship dynamics are showing up at a personal level.

    2 sessions | $555

  • I am available in-person in San Diego, California or virtually via Zoom.

    For in-persons, I recommend any place that you feel safe and comfortable with any emotions that may come up. Nature (e.g. parks) is great, but so are private spaces depending on how comfortable you are with the public eye.

    I will reach out to coordinate a meeting space following your booking confirmation.

  • Because of the depth of relational dynamics and energetic holding involved, couples sessions are priced differently than individual readings.

    • The Core Couples Session is 75 minutes and costs $333.

    • The Conscious Relationship Package includes 2 sessions and costs $555.
